Shipping & Processing Policy
At Kli’max Prints, each custom product is created with care and personalized according to the details, photos, wording, and design selections provided by the customer. Because our products are custom-made, our processing timeline includes the design approval process before the item is produced and shipped.
Custom Design Mockups
For qualifying custom-designed products, customers will receive their first 3 design mockups within 1–2 business days after we receive the required order information, uploaded photos or artwork, and design instructions.
Please make sure all necessary photos, wording, names, dates, colors, and special instructions are submitted with your order. Missing or incomplete information may delay the mockup process.
Each qualifying custom order includes:
- 3 initial design mockups
- 1 free design reset, which provides 3 additional mockup options in a new creative direction

Final Approval & Production
Production begins immediately after the customer approves the final design.
Before approving your design, please carefully review all:
- Names and spelling
- Dates
- Wording and quotes
- Photo placement
- Colors and background selections
- Size and product details
- Overall design appearance
Once the final design is approved, the order is considered ready for production. Because production begins immediately after approval, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once approval has been submitted.
Production completion time may vary depending on the product type, size, materials, order volume, and any special finishing required.
Shipping
All completed orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Kli’max Prints is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Shipping transit times begin after your custom product has been completed and shipped. Shipping delivery time does not include the design mockup process or production time.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive available tracking information for their package.
Local Pickup
At this time, local pickup is not available. All orders, including orders from customers located in or near Columbus, Ohio, will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Rush Orders
Rush service may be available for select custom orders for an additional fee.
Rush orders must be requested and approved before production begins. Availability may depend on the product, size, design requirements, material availability, and current order volume.
A rush fee speeds up eligible processing or production when available; it does not guarantee carrier shipping times after the order has been shipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, Kli’max Prints will replace the damaged item once proof of damage has been reviewed and confirmed.
To request a replacement for an item damaged during delivery, please contact us within [enter number of days] days of delivery and provide:
- Your name and order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging
- A brief description of the damage
Please keep the damaged product and all original packaging until your replacement request has been reviewed.
Replacement requests cannot be completed without clear proof of damage.
Delivery Delays
We work carefully to prepare and ship custom orders as promptly as possible. However, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Kli’max Prints is not responsible for shipping carrier delays after a completed order has been shipped, but we will provide available tracking information and assistance when possible.
