By uploading or submitting any photo, image, logo, artwork, wording, or other content, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission to use it for the requested custom product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person, business, or organization.

Kli’max Prints reserves the right to decline any order or design request involving content that appears unauthorized, unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for production.

Custom Designs and Mockups

Custom mockups are created based on the photos, wording, instructions, themes, colors, and design preferences submitted by the customer.

Mockups are provided for customer review and approval only. A customer must not reproduce, download for commercial use, sell, or have an unapproved mockup produced by another company without permission from Kli’max Prints.

Production begins after the customer approves the final design. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, photo placement, colors, sizing, and design details before approval.

Product Images and Color Representation

We make every effort to display our custom products, colors, artwork, and examples as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly between digital screens and the final printed product due to screen settings, printing processes, materials, lighting, and product finishes.

Because many products are personalized and individually designed, completed custom products may vary from displayed examples while still following the customer’s approved design.

Memorial and Tribute Products

Our memorial and tribute products are created with care and respect based on the photos, names, dates, wording, and instructions supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to use submitted images and personal information in a memorial or tribute design.

Third-Party Names, Logos, and Trademarks

Any names, logos, characters, trademarks, or branded materials submitted by a customer remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in a customer-requested design does not mean that Kli’max Prints is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners.

Customers requesting the use of third-party logos, business marks, photos, or protected artwork are responsible for obtaining any required permission before submitting the order.
