Mockup & Approval Policy

• Each qualifying custom order includes 3 initial mockups.
• The customer receives 1 free design reset for 3 additional mockup options.
• A reset is for choosing a new creative direction, background, color theme, or overall design style.
• Customers must carefully review spelling, names, dates, wording, photo placement, and design details.
• Once the customer approves the final design, it is considered ready for production.
• Changes after approval may require an additional fee or may not be possible once production begins.
