1. Choose Your Custom Product

Select the product that best fits your vision, such as:

• Memorial or Tribute Design
• Business Sign or Promotional Print

Choose your preferred size and available product options before beginning your custom design request.

2. Upload Your Photo or Share Your Ideas

Depending on the product, you may:

• Upload a photo you would like restored or redesigned
• Upload a completed design for printing
• Upload a logo, business image, or inspiration photo
• Provide names, dates, wording, colors, themes, or special instructions
• Choose from available background scenes
• Give us creative control based on the details you provide

For the best results, please upload the clearest, highest-quality original image available.

3. We Create Your Custom Mockups

Once we receive your order details, our design process begins. We will use your uploaded photo, wording, event details, and design preferences to create personalized mockup options for you to review.

Your custom order includes:

• 3 initial design mockups to choose from
• 1 free design reset if you would like to explore a new creative direction
• The free design reset provides 3 additional mockup options

A reset is best used when you would like a different background, color direction, theme, or overall design style.

4. Review and Choose Your Favorite Design

You will review your mockup options and select the design you would like to move forward with.

Before approving your final design, please carefully check:

• Names and spelling
• Dates and special wording
• Colors and theme
• Photo placement
• Background choice
• Overall design appearance

Your approval confirms that the design is ready to be prepared for printing.

5. We Prepare Your Approved Design for Print

Once your final mockup is approved, your custom item will move into production. Your selected design will be prepared according to the product, size, and details included in your order.

Because personalized products are created specifically for you, please make sure all information is correct before final approval.

6. Your Custom Item Is Completed and Sent to You

After production is complete, your custom canvas, banner, plaque, sign, or personalized print will be prepared for delivery or pickup according to the options available at checkout.

Photo Upload Guidelines

To help us create the best possible finished product:

• Upload the original photo whenever possible
• Avoid screenshots when you have access to the original image
• Choose a clear, well-lit photo with the subject visible
• Make sure important faces and details are not blurry or heavily cropped
• For business designs, upload a clear logo or print-ready design when available

Please note that the quality of the final printed product depends greatly on the quality of the image provided.
