Place your order and upload your photo(s) or design details. Our design team will create a proof for your review before production begins.

How long does it take to receive a design proof?

Most design proofs are delivered within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

How many design revisions are included?

Each custom order includes up to 3 complimentary mockups and 1 design reset. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

When does production begin?

Production begins only after final design approval has been received from the customer.

How long does production take?

Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days after final approval.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

1–3 Business Days

Shipping times begin after production is completed.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush production and express shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Kli'max Print Studio ships within the United States only.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before design work has begun. Once design services or production have started, cancellations may not be available.

What types of files should I upload?

For best results, please upload:

  • High-resolution images
  • Original photos whenever possible
  • PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF files

Screenshots and low-quality images may affect final print quality.

Can you improve or restore my photo?

Yes. We offer photo enhancement, restoration, background removal, color correction, and custom design services.

Will my print look exactly like my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, phone, tablet, and printer settings.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. Please review all proofs carefully before approving your design.

Can I use copyrighted images or logos?

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any copyrighted images, logos, or artwork submitted for production.
